Requirements for applying for E Conference Visa
1) Letter of Invitation from Conference Organizer
We would be forwarding you the letter of invitation after receiving the details as per the above mentioned chart. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help delegates to obtain a conference visa and does not imply a commitment from the congress organizers to provide any financial support.
2) Ministry of External Affairs Permission – Will be available soon
3) Ministry of Home Affairs Permission – Will be available soon
