Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster session hours
7 September and 8 September 9am – 5:30 pm
Group One: (Presenters have to be present at the following hours)
| 7 September 2024 (Saturday) | 11:30 am – 11:50 am (during the morning tea break) |
| 1:45 pm – 2:15 pm (during the lunch break) |
Group Two: (Presenters have to be present at the following hours)
| 8 September 2024 (Saturday) | 11:05 am – 11:20 am (during the morning tea break) |
| 1:10 pm – 1:40 pm (during the lunch break) |
Poster session location
Poster session will be displayed at the Room, adjacent to Main hall, Park Village Resort, Kathmandu
Mount and removal of posters
All posters must be mounted throughout the poster sessions.
On the presentation day, presenters must:
For Group One:
- Mount their posters between 8:30 am and 9:30 am on 7th September
- Be present at times noted above and
- Remove all posters between 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm
For Group Two:
- Mount their posters between 8:30 am and 9:30 am on 8th September
- Be present at times noted above and
- Remove all posters between 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm
Posters remaining on the poster boards at the end of each session will be removed and discarded and will not be returned.
Poster board details
Poster boards will be provided for poster presentation. Each poster area is A0 size, 841mm (wide) x 1189mm (high).
For readability, a minimum font size of 28 points and a maximum of 600 words are recommended. Blue-green and magenta-violet, which appear gray to your red-green colour deficient colleagues are advised not to be used. Materials for mounting the poster will be provided at the poster area. Please set up the poster on the poster board number which has been pre-assigned to you (to be announced at the Main Hall on 7th and 8th September 2024).
