Notebook computer, LCD projector and a display screen will be provided at the presentation room.
Your presentation is given 9 minutes and 1 minute of Q&A. We advise you to prepare your talk for about 8 minutes, in case there is delay in transition from one speaker to another.

The PowerPoint slides file name should be in this format: Your surname APOC presentation [for example: Singh APOC presentation]
You are required to send the file latest by 31st August 2024.
If you have any difficulties in send the file on time, please bring a soft copy of your updated presentations in a portable USB stick for uploading your presentation, at least two sessions before your presentation session.
For those who are scheduled to present in the morning of 7th Sept 2024, please arrive at the registration desk outside the Main hall of Park Village Resort, Kathmandu at 8am and they will assist you to upload the file for presentation.
If you need to review the slides, please go to the registration desk outside the main hall of Park Village Resort, Kathmandu, they will share with you the location of the presentation review room.
